Eligibility

If you are under the required age, you must not download or use our Games.

In-App Purchases

• Subject to the policies of the respective app store

All purchases are made voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Advertisements

Online Multiplayer

Currently, Games Suburb games do not support online multiplayer features, unless specifically mentioned within a particular game.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Games, including but not limited to:

• Graphics
• Logos
• Game assets
• Sound effects
• Designs
• AI-generated content
• Trademarks

are the exclusive property of Games Suburb and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Games without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree that you will NOT:

• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of the Games
• Use the Games for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to access restricted or secured areas
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted gameplay
• Error-free performance
• Compatibility with all devices

Use of the Games is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Games Suburb shall not be liable for:

• Incidental damages
• Special or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Device malfunction
